The customer may withdraw from goods purchased in the Store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. A return declaration must be attached to the returned goods or sent by email to sklep@ww-model.pl. The declaration should include the customer's details along with the order number or invoice/receipt number. Goods should be returned to the following address:

Returned goods must be complete. Goods should be returned in their unaltered condition. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Returned goods must be returned to the Store's address no later than 14 days after withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer will be refunded all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract. The refund of delivery costs covers the standard, cheapest delivery method offered by the store.
